I have finished updating the small guest bathroom and am ready to show you how I keep it sparkling clean. I shopped at my local Dollar General store to purchase items that give the finished bathroom a fresh clean smell and more importantly to make it beyond 99.9% for 100% problem solved. I choose to use Disinfectant Scrubbing Bubbles® Bathroom Cleaner, Scrubbing Bubbles® Multi Surface Bathroom Cleaner, and Scrubbing Bubbles® Toilet Cleaning Gel. After painting, changing hardware, removing window shutters and laying new flooring it was exciting to get out the cleaning products so everything looks and smells new. I have a group of friends coming for lunch tomorrow to check out my finished bathroom project so you better believe I used Scrubbing Bubbles® products because I trust the brand.
I admit I had to clear away my makeup in the bathroom first but it was as quick as spraying the citrus scented cleaner and wiping it clean. Ha! You simply spray 6-8 inches from the surface to be cleaned, wipe with a wet cloth or sponge. No need to wipe dry.
Next I used the foaming Disinfectant Scrubbing Bubbles® Bathroom Cleaner to clean under the shower mat. It always amazes me how grungy it gets under there. I also sprayed the endless tile walls, faucet and the shower head then let it soak a minute so the soap scum wiped away easily with my damp cleaning cloth. I had to snap a quick photo so you could see how happy it makes me to have shiny tiles. ☺
I had not used the toilet cleaning gel before but I’m telling ya, it is easy. After I wiped down the toilet surfaces with the foaming disinfectant and had scrubbed the inside with a toilet brush I opened the toilet cleaning gel box. There is a small two piece wand that easily snapped together just like the box instructions indicate. I removed the cap and pressed the gel against the inside rim of the toilet. I pulled the dispenser straight out and “Wha-la” the little gel tablet is there. It’s hardly noticeable and the box indicates it will continuously clean for up to 10 WEEKS. Oh, wow, call me happy.
With all that done I did a quick damp mop on the new vinyl floor and stepped back to admire my work.
The bathroom looks and smells great and I can happily recommend these products to you.
