Rolo cookies

Big Girl Grand came by today and wha hoo! we're glad!  She made cookies with 4 ingredients that are d-e-l-i-c-i-o-u-s!  She let great grand help her and then they delivered some to her co-worker friends.  Thank goodness we got to taste test first.

4 ingredients

1 bag of Rolo candies
1 Devil's Food Cake Mix (she likes Duncan Hines brand)
2 eggs
1/3 Cup vegetable oil

Pre heat oven to 350 F
non stick spray on cookie sheet
Mix everything except Rolo's together.  Take just enough dough to completely cover one Rolo and mold around the candy.  Place on cookie sheet about an inch or more apart.  Bake 8 minutes, Cool and enjoy.  Makes about 3 dozen.
